When I was pregnant I was unsure if I should start the process of trying to sell my house with all the stress that came with it! But after receiving advice from Tom that the market was perfect for us to sell I took the plunge. Stevens sold my house in a week £22000 above what we thought we would get! Couldn’t thank them more!

We bought our new property through Stevens and we were very impressed with the service we received. At the start of the process we met with Jordan to view the property. She made us feel very relaxed and comfortable. She helped with us seeing the potential of the property, but at the same time we did not feel under any pressure. She really was great throughout the whole process. The Sales progression team were also very helpful. There were problems with the start of the chain and everybody was so understanding and positive. When we completed the sale we were contacted by the Manager who offered helpful advice. On collection of the keys we met with Jordan who presented with a lovely gift box. We felt she was so pleased to be handing us our keys to our new home. Overall we had a very positive experience.
